    Rob has worked at several multi nationals MedTec firms including Johnson and Johnson, performing some diverse roles from national sales & marketing management to commercial development. Rob specialises in Sales, operations and strategic planning in medical devices.

    Rob has a passion for sport including triathlon and Crossfit where he competes regularly to stay fit.

 

Meet the Team

Established in 2021, our founders bring more than three decades of expertise in the UK Orthopaedic sector, having been a part of some of the biggest international medical device corporations. Our extensive knowledge and proficiency are the results of longstanding partnerships with surgeons, patients, and healthcare facilities. These experiences have equipped us to become specialists in several orthopaedic subfields, such as foot and ankle, biologics, upper extremity, and the development of 3D patient-specific implants.

 


  • Founding Director

    James has over 20 years of experience working at several multi national medtec companies performing a wide varied of senior roles which included national and international sales, product management and product director. He has developed markets and products across the US and Europe, delivering double digit growth. Furthermore he has extensive expertise in developing device concept to market launch within medTech as well as educational strategy and deployment.

    James has a passion for endurance sports including Ironman where he’s competed in several major competitions internationally.
